Made from Napoleon pears which have been growing at Pear Tree Cottage for over 100 years, plus heritage cider apple varieties to give tannin and depth. Double fermented, with the second ferment in bottle. Bright lemon/gold colour, quite clear, fresh citrus aromas with honey overtones. Perry holds some sugars after fermentation, making it slightly sweeter than dry cider, but with a refreshing tannin finish.
Alcohol 6.5%.
